inNOVA, launched in 2019, is a digital and technological innovation project with the aim of transforming business operations and relationships with customers and partners. It combines digitalisation, sustainability and technology to position Alpitour World as a leader in the tourism and technology sector, optimising processes, infrastructure and applications to offer a more efficient and competitive service.
Why was the inNOVA programme created?
