The materiality analysis and Carbon Footprint conducted in 2024 allowed us to identify the most relevant areas for our Group's commitment. Priority topics include human capital development, employee welfare, human rights protection, quality and customer satisfaction, economic performance, ethics and transparency, cybersecurity, value chain management, decarbonisation, water efficiency and sustainable travel.
