Il protocollo Gabbiani Verdi si fonda sugli obiettivi definiti nell’Agenda 2030 per lo Sviluppo Sostenibile stilata dall’Organizzazione delle Nazioni Unite e valuta le strutture alberghiere sulla base di nove macro-parametri di cui 7 vincolanti. È stato progettato e realizzato di DREAM&CHARME, Ente di certificazione Internazionale riconosciuto da Accredia.
Accredia è un’associazione che opera senza scopo di lucro sotto la vigilanza del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico ed è l’Ente Unico nazionale di accreditamento designato dal Governo italiano ad attestare la competenza, l’indipendenza e l’imparzialità degli organi di certificazione. Accredia, periodicamente, verifica il rispetto delle norme da parte di DREAM&CHARME.
I resort che aderiscono al progetto vengono valutati direttamente da professionisti selezionati che garantiscono il rispetto dei parametri. Le strutture si impegnano inoltre a compiere azioni che contribuiscano a preservare l’ambiente e a ridurre il proprio impatto sulle comunità locali e sui territori in cui sorgono al fine di bilanciare i costi e i benefici del turismo.
Finora, più di mille ore di audit in circa 15 Paesi ci hanno permesso di assegnare il certificato Gabbiani Verdi a oltre 50 resort appartenenti principalmente alle collezioni Bravo e SeaClub di Francorosso. Per consentire la massima libertà di scelta ai clienti, le strutture verificate sono presenti nelle nostre principali destinazioni, dai Caraibi all' Africa, dall’Oceano Indiano all’Europa.
I nove macro-parametri sono: rispetto dei diritti umani e lotta alla discriminazione • salute e sicurezza dei luoghi di lavoro • basso impatto ambientale • comunicazione chiara e trasparente verso i clienti • approvvigionamento sostenibile • corrette prassi gestionali • coinvolgimento e sviluppo delle comunità locali • sviluppo economico sostenibile • protezione dati e sicurezza informatica.
Per garantire la sua trasparenza e la sua sostenibilità, VOIhotels ha scelto la certificazione DCA ESG che ha lo scopo di accertare che le caratteristiche delle strutture corrispondano a quelle promosse tramite siti web o qualsiasi altro mezzo informativo. Inoltre, questa certificazione attesta la presenza di quei requisiti di sostenibilità indispensabili nel mondo nel turismo.
DCA ESG è una certificazione articolata su 2 livelli. Alla base di tutto c’è la verifica che i servizi offerti dall’hotel vengano descritti correttamente ai clienti. Questa trasparenza è, dal nostro punto di vista, il primo requisito affinché si possa instaurare quel rapporto di fiducia indispensabile per permettere a chi viaggia di vivere una vacanza rilassante e rispettosa.
Il secondo livello prevede che, a fianco della corretta descrizione dei servizi, si verifichino anche le politiche di rispetto dell’ambiente, del territorio e del contesto sociale in cui la struttura opera. Per questo motivo, ciò che viene preso in considerazione in questa certificazione riguarda non solo gli aspetti hardware e software dell’hotel ma anche quelli tecnici e gestionali.

The compliance assessment with the Protocol has been conducted by a third-party entity accredited ISO 17065 by Accredia. So far, around 60 facilities have successfully passed the compliance assessment, primarily belonging to the Bravo and SeaClub collections of Francorosso.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Information security is a top priority for us
Alpitour S.p.A. has obtained certification from an officially accredited international certification body for having implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
This Management System aims to protect the information within the company by establishing a series of processes that continuously monitor the perimeter, ensuring a high level of security appropriate to the risk.
The value of the certification lies in the commitment that Alpitour S.p.A. has made to classify, manage and protect information according to the best practices of Information Security and Cyber Security adopted in the market.

A certification created for hotels and resorts
The DCA ESG certification chosen by VOIhotels aims to verify specific sustainability characteristics of hotel facilities and is issued by an ISO 17065 accredited entity from Accredia.
