A protocol to better understand specific areas of environmental and social impact in hotels and resorts marketed by the Group.
Green Gulls is a protocol created to evaluate specific areas of environmental and social impact of hotels and resorts based on the 17 goals of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Specifically, 9 macro-parameters have been assessed (of which 7 are binding):
Here are the parameters:
• Respect • Health and safety • Environmental impact • Procurement • Suistanable development • Involvement of local communities • Communication with customers • Best management practices • Cybersecurity
The compliance assessment with the Protocol has been conducted by a third-party entity accredited ISO 17065 by Accredia. So far, around 60 facilities have successfully passed the compliance assessment, primarily belonging to the Bravo and SeaClub collections of Francorosso.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Information security is a top priority for us
Alpitour S.p.A. has obtained certification from an officially accredited international certification body for having implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
This Management System aims to protect the information within the company by establishing a series of processes that continuously monitor the perimeter, ensuring a high level of security appropriate to the risk.
The value of the certification lies in the commitment that Alpitour S.p.A. has made to classify, manage and protect information according to the best practices of Information Security and Cyber Security adopted in the market.

A certification created for hotels and resorts
The DCA ESG certification chosen by VOIhotels aims to verify specific sustainability characteristics of hotel facilities and is issued by an ISO 17065 accredited entity from Accredia.
