Capo Verde: al via il nuovo VOI Vila do Farol

CAPE VERDE: THE NEW VOI VILA DO FAROL TAKES SHAPE

VOIhotels, the hospitality division of Alpitour World, has launched a major redevelopment project for VOI Vila Do Farol, a historic resort located on the island of Sal in Cape Verde. The plan involves the complete demolition of the existing structure and the construction of a brand-new complex, scheduled for completion by October 2026.

With an investment of over €30 million, the new VOI Vila Do Farol will cover an area of 52,000 square meters and include 302 rooms. The project focuses on sustainability, energy efficiency, and integration with the local environment. It will rely on renewable energy sources, responsible resource management, and active involvement of the local community — including the donation and reuse of materials from the existing facility.
