“The Masterpiece” — a true work of art. There are no better words to describe the most extraordinary year for the Tour Operating Division. A year that recorded positive results across all business verticals: channels, destinations, brands, commercial areas, individual and group travel.

For the third consecutive year, revenue, volumes, and profitability have grown — exceptionally so in 2025. And “The Masterpiece” was the theme of the Tour Operating Division’s commercial convention held in Salalah, Oman.

“If we’ve achieved these results, it’s thanks to the incredible teamwork our Group puts into play. The team itself is our masterpiece,” commented Pier Ezhaya, General Manager of the Tour Operating Division.

A great team, able to work seamlessly thanks to the strong innovative drive of recent years, guided by shared values, a unified vision of leadership among all managers, and a forward-looking mindset. Above all, a team of people — represented in Oman by around 180 colleagues — who, by operating in synergy and leveraging the economies of scale generated by an increasingly integrated supply chain, now stand as a unique force in the Italian tourism industry and an excellence at the European level.
