That’s why Alpitour World’s future plans pass through the opening of new offices: innovative, eco-friendly, designed to guarantee our employees wellness. In a word, coherent with the values that will guide the new phase of our Group, summarized in the corporate narrative “We are the journey we want to see in the world” and in the transformation of the historic seagull into the symbol of infinity.

Our new offices, at Strada Fornace Vecchia in Pesaro, open after four years of renovation works and they will accommodate 250 employees. As stated by Gabriele Burgio, chairman and CEO of the Group, «The new offices we wanted and built perfectly reflect the commitments guiding our new course.» First of all, environmental sustainability: the new branch has been created from the renovation of an existing building, thanks to an investment of 3 Million Euros supported together with the Master Gardant – Credito Fondiario, owner of the building.

The renovation works, which have been carried out involving local professionals and institutions, were led by the Roberto Garbugli Designer studio, with the aim of giving back to the city a environmentally friendly building: the 3800 square meters are lit up by a low energy system and the installation of a photovoltaic plant is the next step that will allow us to increase our energy efficiency. We have also worked to make the building comfortable for the 250 employees who will inhabit it: the rooms created are spacious and bright and include a fitness area and several common spaces, designed to facilitate moments of sociability and relax that combine with the flexibility options and the welfare practices already established.

The strengthening of the link with the city of Pesaro, which already plays an important role in the activities of many Alpitour World companies, is another fundamental aspect of this achievement. As a Group, we’ll keep feeding it with marketing and communication activities supporting local institutions – as already happening within the Victoria Libertas Pesaro – and carrying out educational activities in schools and universities, to sustain the value of our presence in the area in terms of economic and employment returns.
