A LOOK BEYOND SILENCE

In a context where the role of companies in promoting a culture of respect and safeguarding individuals is becoming increasingly central, Alpitour is taking a new concrete step against gender-based violence. On the occasion of International Women's Day, Alpitour SpA presents “A Look Beyond Silence”, the first company policy dedicated to the prevention and fight against domestic violence and violence in the workplace.

Developed together with Valore D and with the contribution of the Fondazione Una Nessuna Centomila, the Policy represents a tangible commitment to ensuring a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment, strengthening the Group’s Diversity & Inclusion journey and following the recent renewal of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification on gender equality.

The document sets out clear protections and practical tools available to all Alpitour employees, through measures designed to ensure protection, support and dedicated assistance:
Additional paid leave beyond statutory requirements
Flexible working arrangements and organisational solutions to safeguard personal safety
Dedicated HR support and confidential channels for listening and reporting
Personalised safety plans, developed in collaboration with local Anti-Violence Centres
