Putting Solidarity in Motion
At Alpitour World, teamwork means going beyond day-to-day collaboration.
It means building authentic relationships, breaking down barriers, and generating a positive impact that involves people, the company, and the communities in which we operate.
With this spirit, the second edition of the Alpitour World Team Building program has come to a close—a journey entirely dedicated to solidarity and inclusion, designed to strengthen our sense of belonging and promote an increasingly responsible and participatory corporate culture.

A corporate team-building experience that goes beyond the comfort zone
During the program, colleagues stepped away from their day-to-day work to take part in hands-on experiences of volunteering and social inclusion, engaging with organizations that work daily to support the most vulnerable people.
The activities fostered the development of key soft skills—collaboration, empathy, active listening, and problem-solving—through shared, practical experiences:
- A Day as a Volunteer, alongside the Civil Protection service;
- Cook for Help, with kitchen teams supporting soup kitchens and families in need;
- The Strength of Vulnerability, within residential care facilities;
- Delivering Happiness, distributing toys to children living in family homes;
- Theatre Without Borders, theatre workshops designed to step into others’ shoes and rewrite stories of inclusion.
The initiatives took place across Alpitour World offices throughout Italy, involving a broad and diverse employee population.
The results of this edition confirm the value of the project:
1,020 participants, representing 81% of the total workforce
27 initiatives held across the various locations
96% of participants rated the activities as highly valuable
Strong figures that reflect a high level of engagement and a deeply shared, conscious participation.
Beyond the figures, what remains is the awareness that putting solidarity in motion enriches people and transforms the way professional relationships are experienced.
Experiences like these strengthen the bond among colleagues, improve the organizational climate, and help build a more open, inclusive, and responsible working environment.
