A GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN INVOLVING ALPITOUR WORLD'S AVIATION DIVISION
NEOS INAUGURATES THE NEW TRAINING & OPERATIONS CENTRE AT MALPENSA AIRPORT

22 June 2023. Neos, Alpitour World's airline, officially opens its new Training & Operations Centre in Malpensa: a place for learning and specialisation where ideas and experience can be shared, aimed at the airline's most important asset: its employees.

Investment in staff training and development underlines the Group's commitment to high standards of quality and safety. The company understands the importance of having a well-trained staff, capable of meeting the challenges of the aviation industry and providing excellent service to passengers.

This is only the first step towards achieving the objectives that the Group and the company itself have set themselves. The growth of Neos continues steadily along its path with positive economic results and new investments. The goal is to consolidate and enhance the experience gained in recent years, increasingly differentiating its positioning in relation to the sector. 2022 closed with a turnover of 573 million euros and reveals a trend that continues in the same direction in 2023 with a turnover of 340 million euros, in line with the forecasts that aim at reaching 749 million euros by the end of October.

The company's development is not only represented in turnover figures: as a matter of fact, by 2024 a renewal of the fleet is planned, which will increase from the current 15 aircraft to a total of 18, and the hiring of new personnel who will have a dedicated place where to train. Thanks to the new entries, Neos will therefore be able to develop even more routes and do business over the most strategic routes with more connections and rotations for the leisure market, both with the tour operators of Alpitour World, and with the main italian and international tour operators.

The official opening of the new Training & Operations Centre represents a further investment for Alpitour World and its aviation division in the future – an essential move to keep up with the development of the industry and to guarantee a high-quality flight experience.
