Gluten Free is aimed at guests with celiac disease who have decided to stay in Italy and is organised in collaboration with AIC, the Italian Celiac Disease Association. The Gluten Free facilities of Alpitour, Bravo and Francorosso adhere to the AIC's Gluten Free Out-of-Home Food Programme (AFC).

As the list of establishments that adhere to the AFC network is variable, at the time of booking, we will send you a unique code, valid for 30 days from the date of activation, which will allow you to access, via the AIC Mobile APP (downloadable free of charge), the complete and updated list (section normally dedicated to AIC members).

In this way, not only will you be able to check up to the day of your departure that the establishment you have booked is still part of the AFC circuit, but you will also have the opportunity to find out about any gluten-free restaurants/bars in the vicinity of the establishment.

If you need to consume gluten-free food and you have chosen a Bravo holiday, you will receive a kit of dedicated products.
