The Incoming area deals with hotel and tourist services in a selection of holiday
destinations in Italy and several foreign countries, for the benefit of the Group's customers
and other international operators. To support international customers visiting Italy, it
manages travel programmes, tailor-made itineraries to discover Italy, with solutions
guaranteed by the expertise of a large and organised group.
The division operates through the destination management brands:
Jumbo Tours and Alpitour Incoming.

Jumbo Tours has been operating for over 40 years with incoming services in
16 countries: Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Andorra, Tunisia, Morocco, Cape Verde, Mauritius,
Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, United States, Brazil, Argentina and Perù. Thanks to its long experience in
the tourism industry and in-depth knowledge of all the destinations inwhich it operates,
it offers a wide range of services and products to support
tour operators and travel agencies worldwide.

Alpitour Incoming propose itineraries that combine iconic and undiscovered
places in Italy and is engaged in tailor-made projects for the Canadian, Spanish and Portuguese
markets in order to meet each customer’s requirements.
